MTAA's Leasing Policy encourages development while ensuring we maintain first-class airport operations in compliance with applicable regulations. 

Building Leases

MTAA leases its buildings at fair market rates typically for terms of 2 to 5 years.  If a tenant offers to make major improvements to a building at their own expense, a longer lease term or a rent abatement may be available.

Land Leases

Longer-term land leases are available to enable developers to build on the property and recover their investment along with a reasonable return over time.
